Good afternoon everyone!

I'm having a bit of an issue in regards to the animation sprites with this plugin. My friend and I are collaborating on a game and he ended up making sprite animations that had upwards of 6 frames of animation.

This is currently my sheet setup:

vale_sv_extended.png

The document size is 384x384 and each sprite is 64px in size.
I know this is a custom size sheet, but I couldn't find or understand how to tell the plugin to read sprite sheets in a custom size. (very inexperienced with scripting.)

This is what my actor page looks like

Here is what the settings of the plugin is under settings:

And the issue I have run in to when play testing the game is this:

All the animations work as I assigned them, but my sprites are in a constant flux of shifting left and right for no reason.
The video tutorial doesn't really explain at all how to make custom sprite sheets like they did, and I can't really find out why not only are my sprites not centered but constantly flickering left and right.

I'm sure it's an easy fix, but with my inexperience I'm just not seeing it.

Additional info is that I noticed in the video that the author used some sort of sub javascript file to insert the tags in a sublime text like program? I don't know if that has any bearing on anything.

Thanks for helping out an rpgmaker and scripting baby.

EDIT: Here is an additional screenshot showing my plugin order. Maybe that is affecting the plugin?

UPDATE:

The problem still persists.
I tried putting the custom sprite sheet I have on to the default actors sheet and renaming it. While the flickering problem was resolved, it was immediately obvious that it was STILL only reading 3 frames as opposed to the 6 frames max I have available in my file despite me specifying in the note tag to have the default be 6 frames. Unless other factors present itself this means that the plugin in general isn't even active despite it being turned to ON in the general plugin settings.

I can't tell if the Plugin is working with the glitch because it's constantly cropped on either end and flickering.
Is there any other threads or resources out there with similar issues? I just can't seem to understand what is going on. I see plenty of users using crazy varieties of sprite sheet sizes and they seem to have no issue.

Your information is incomplete. What is the notetag settings for that specific pose?

Hmm, no, it still has the same issues.
By chance might it have anything to do with the Yanfly core Engine? I noticed that your plugins doesn't have that installed or active.
I'm also going to try a new project to see if it's simply my file being borked in general.

EDIT: Nope. Core Engine plugin has zero effect.

EDIT: Doing it in a new project yields the same results. I even deleted and copy/pasted your tags.
Is it possible that I got an non up-to-date version of the plugin?

Too lazy to check. Just use this one in a new project or something. Make sure the file is in Sv_actor and whatnot.
thanks. I'll try it out to see what happens

Oh nice! It's working now.

I guess it was something to do with my plugins then. Thanks so much for the help. I can finally move on lol

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
