So I read Neon Black's post about making slope, cover, and bridge regions. I'm trying to make a roof that you can walk under, so I tried placing Region 18's on the roof tile. Tried it out in-game, but I couldn't pass through. I copy-pasted the script into the Materials section, plastered those 18's on the tile, but it didn't work. I also tried placing some 19's on some car tiles, but it still didn't work. Anyone know how to manipulate these regions properly?

I use this script extensively and have not had problems with these. Without more detail, it is rather hard to work out what is going on.

Is your script not only under 'Materials' but also above 'Main'?
Have you by any chance altered what's in line 86 of NeonBlack's script?
Do you have any other script which uses regions? If yes, does it use region 18?
Are your roof tiles auto tiles (tab A) or from tabs B-E?

EDIT
Here is what one of my houses looks like in region mode in the editor. Region 18 is on autotiles - the 2 slanted tiles at either end are tab B tiles set to star, so don't need it. The row of 19 underneath is because I don't want the player to continue down any further than that, and if you just leave it with a row of 18, the player will emerge on top of the next bit of roof. Note, in region view, events don't show up (which is why the bottom half of the window is missing).

Hello!
I have added the script above 'Main' as well.
I have not altered line 86.
Also, no. This is my first script as I am relatively new to RPGMaker.
My roof tiles are tiles from Tab A.

Below is how I attempted to do things. I just need to make a covered walk that the character can pass under.

Hmm, well I wouldn't use roof tiles for that anyway - it would be a very strange building to have a roof like that. I suggest either bridge tiles set to star or pathway tiles using region 18 - to get it right it would have to be on A5 as A2 formatting won't work for this. Also without region 19 blocking the ends the player will emerge onto the remaining tiles.

What might you mean by bridge tiles set to star? Apologies, I'm kinda new at this. ;;

In the default graphics on, I think, tilesheet Outside B at the top are some tiles with bridge graphics. By set to star I mean that in the database on Tilesets tab, you set the passability of your tiles - O is passable, X is impassable, and star means that it is 'over' the player. As sometimes you would want the player to walk on a bridge as well as under it, you might be well advised to put an extra copy of the bridge tile on a new tilesheet in the set and have that one set to star.

As these are basic, I strongly suggest that you pause making your game and go through Andar's compilation of info for new users so that you get a firm grasp of the fundamentals. Spending a bit of time on this now will save you a vast amount of time and frustration in the long run.

I'm afraid I can't view the link you sent. It says I do not have permission to view it.

Thank you for your kind help! I really appreciate it. Have a nice day!

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
