I'm blocked with 2 problems:

1) I want to reset an event to it's original state after an ingame day has passed. I have set up a time system with minutes, hours and days (thanks to SRDude). So there's a shower in the bathroom. I want the event to go like this:
Take shower? Yes, no choices. When Yes apply "Clean" State. Self switch A ON, if you trigger the shower again it goes, "I already showered today". But when I go to sleep and trigger the shower again, it is still with the SelfSwith A ON so I can't go back to the other option. Can I make an event reset to original after a day has passed? I have tried

2) I want to change the character's walking speed via Status (Status: Sleepy, Broken Leg, etc) but I can't find a way and the only answers I have found were using scripts that I don't understand because Im very novice at this. Please help

For example items can activate a common event when you use them but states can't activate common events? Is there a way to activate common events using states?

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
