I am using a script that is supposed to change the color of text in any window, however I can only get it to work in some windows and not where I want. I want to change the text color of items/weapons etc etc, however I can only get the color to change in the description window. For example, I want "Battle Axe" to appear in green etc etc. The script says to input \c[n]  before whatever the text is. Can anyone help me figure out how to change the color for the name of the item? The link to the script is: http://rmrk.net/index.php?topic=44810.0

If I go into the database, and input \c[n] Battle Axe where you would put the name of the weapon, the entire string appears in game. If I put the input before text in the description box, it will change the color and works fine, but thats not where I want the color change. Any help with this is appreciated.

Check the script configuration, that's where your mistake lies.

As explained in the script description, having the text codes active in a database string will require a lot of processing power and may cause lag if overused.

To prevent that you need to tell the script to activate the text code processing by a special prefix on the name string - it will not activate by default.

Which prefix to use or how to activate it by default are both options inside the script, you need to configure that correctly.

Thank you, it was a simply matter of changing the script. It appears that some windows process the script automatically, and some need to recognized with a \* before the script to change the color. Not sure how I missed this going through the script, but thank you for drawing my attention to it.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
