Help with tints not working

Okay, I've worn out google trying to find a solution, unfortunately most google searches for tint issues just bring up people asking how to add tints. I've made it most of the way through my demo and started to play it through from the beginning, when I realized none of my tints are working. Sometimes they dim a little, but the colors never work, and the dimming is never enough. I've checked my events and they're set up right. (And every time I've played previously they've tinted correctly) I thought maybe a script could have messed them up, but I haven't added a script recently that would affect tinting (that I know of). I pasted my tints into new games and they work. 

Any help would be appreciated. I can post events, list of scripts, pictures or anything that anyone thinks would be helpful. (I'm literally stumped, and I'm pretty handy with RPGmaker...) Thank you in advance.

I can post events,
Google is a bad search engine for small communities as it has too many other content - always try the forum search first.
Yes, please post the screenshots of your tint commands - AND link to any script you've added to your project.


Either you're using the command in the wrong way, or you have a script that disables the tint command.

(woah, sorry about the size of that, I'll scale it down next time)

This is just one event, but literally dozens of them across almost a hundred maps stopped working. 

These are the scripts that I assume would affect the tinting in game but I've had most of them for a while, and the tinting issue only recently.

Otherwise here is a list of all the scripts I'm currently using. I'm normally pretty good and checking compatibility between scripts and how they affect gameplay. And I'm pretty sure this is script related, which is why this is stumping me.

Actually it is Khas's lighting script that was doing it. I actually figured it out. (after 3 hours of fumbling around >_<) I have to have it disabled in most situations except maps when I specifically use it. Because he sets the Surface_UE so that tints won't work on it. 

If anyone else comes across this with a similar issue find Surface_UE = true in his script and set it to false. then when you need his script use a script call to set it back to true.

When I asked about Scripts, I had Khas' Light script in mind because I heard before that it disables the evented tinting...

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
