(sorry for long title. I want to make this searchable for others having this issue! :D )

I have a problem. If someone can help me resolve it, I will make a video on it. Hopefully it's just a stupid oversight on my part, but this is really starting to get the best of me.

1. Goal To use the combined icon sheet (items with weapons) provided by Yanfly on the "Freebies – MV-Ready Ace Icons" page and have the WEAPON my character is using show up as the weapon he uses in battle when he swings it.

2. Problem It isn't showing up at all. My character does a swinging motion, but there is no weapon in his hands. Using the beamsword image works, but using the Freebies – MV-Ready Ace Icons full item/weapon sprite sheet doesn't. I saw in the video it said to input a number rather than an image name. I did that and still nothing for the sword.

3. Current settings. I have all the required plugins in proper order. Commands and note tags:
Image location in the "Weapon Animations" plug: /img/system/ (settings it to /img/weapons/ didn't work either)
Icon sheet name in that location: 'IconSet.png'
ALL Weapon note tags for Weapon ID 11 (It's the longsword I made and have equipted on my character):
<Weapon Image: 1104>
<Weapon Motion: swing>
Icon number: 1104
Weapon animation is set to 1 in drop down menu. (0001 Hit Physical)

Using the default 'Attack' move to test.
I don't have any other Weapon Animation commands anywhere else.

When I enter a file name in place of the number 1104 (Icon number) ei Beam Sword Magenta, it works perfect. But using a weapon ID doesnt.
What am I doing wrong? What should I check to make sure I have it set properly? I followed the video and I am still stuck. THANKS FOR THE HELP guys and the awesome scripts Yanfly!

THEN copy and paste ALL the weapon images from the yanfly links
^^^ That is what did it for me -_-  :p

Here is what I overlooked. Yanfly actually has animation sheets available for every single weapon in the sprite sheet that has them all combined.
The link to the file containing them is at the bottom of both pages right above where it says "Happy RPG Making!" at the end of the page description. The files are called 'Weapons1.rar' and 'Weapons2.rar'
Using 7-zip to open them I saw the massive archives containing all the animation sheets for each weapon.

The proper setup will be:
Image location in the "Weapon Animations" plugin: /img/weapons/
extract all files from the .rar folders you download from the linked pages below
<Weapon Image: Sword Base> (Replace this with the sword that matches your weapon icon image. matching swords are found in the /img/weapons/ folder you made and extracted the files to.)<Weapon Motion: swing>

Could it be that you used 1104, the icon number, as opposed to 11, the weapon image number?

Read it wrong. Go to the IMG folder, right? Inside of that folder, make a new folder. THEN copy and paste ALL the weapon images from the yanfly links. Route the plug in to use that folder as the source. Then try again. If this doesn't work, I would like screenshots of everything please.

I edited my post because I had misread what you said, but I'll reelaborate here.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
