So, I picked up RPG Maker in the Steam Sales today, and I must say, it's a really good piece of software. As someone that has never tried any form of software or video game making, it is really easy to use. However I came across a problem.
So, I googled the problem and checked this site, and found the tutorials. The problem is, I have a event (Picture linked below) where you ahve a conversation, and get to pick your name. Now, I don't want this scene to repeat twice, but I want the man to at least say the same generic line over and over (See the 2nd picture) now, I may be being silly, but is there a way where I can stop the first event from happening more than once, and replace it with the second one, once it's happened?
PS. And I misspelled the title in my sleepy haze, goddamnit.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
