I also think coding is really fun hehe anyways I'm new to RPG maker (I've played around with the demo but I bought it today!) and I can't wait to work more with the program and learn even more!!

What I sprung for in the sale was "Manga Maker ComiPo!" and all the DLC for it. Normal price using the starter pack like I did would have been $135.95 but the price I paid was only $27.55 so it was $110.40 off. I'm certainly not complaining! Wish they held sales like that more often when I had a little extra to spend!

I also draw(and do various other types of art), but I can't really maintain consistency from image to image so a character may not always look like the same character... ><

"Manga Maker ComiPo!" allows me to get a few models and reuse them rather than starting from scratch each time so consistency is better. Unfortunately I need to figure out how to make .obj files(correctly formatted, not just a switched extension) in order to make my own resources for it.

It actually uses 3D models for most things, these can be rotated and zoomed as needed to give different perspectives and so-on. Only 3D models I have ever made(that were decent anyway) were for Sculptris(from Pixologic, it is a partner program for their professional program, "ZBrush") and that uses a proprietary file format that isn't compatible so I'll need to basically learn from scratch.

Ahh I see.. when i started drawing i often used MMD models as a reference lol so i i can see why poeple do o v o I've tried making models in Metasequoia but my atempts hasnt been going great orzzzzzzzz
