Hi all! I've been lurking for a bit to check out the tutorials, but finally decided to bite the bullet and make an account here.
I'm an author, but I'm taking a break from writing to delve into a life-long interest of mine, game development. I did a lot of work with dino, Visual Novel Maker and Renpy.
I'm currently working on a horror/romance game using RMMV called When Darkness Calls and I'm super excited with my progress. As someone who was paid to write, I'm always fascinated with other forms of storytelling, so this is incredibly fun for me.
Anyways, I'm really looking forward to contributing to the community here!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
