Hello everyone! I have been toying with RM for like an year and half.


It's really cool program, I tried VX Ace and MV. (Used demo/trial, can't afford to buy actual thing :c )


VX Ace is something I really like. I don't really like MV it don't kinda suits me.


I went here to say hi, and maybe learn a bit more about RM.

You can get them through Steam too, not sure if they are on sale right now or not, but they go on sale there fairly often and for decent prices.

Always happy to see new person in this community. VX ACE is the highest rated RPG MAKER tool in steam. Besides MV has mobile and plugin advantages.

And a good piece of related software for making character sprites beyond what the built-in character generator can do is "Game Character Hub"


Another good site to watch for them to go on sale is "HumbleBundle.com", a while back they had a "Game Making Bundle" that had software and DLCs worth a couple hundred dollars at their normal prices for $15. Of course you never know when they'll do that again...
