Hide ability FF4 (Bard)

Hello everyone,
I' m new here in the forum and relatively new at RPG Maker MV.
I'm here to ask how can i make such skill, since i have tried using Yanfly great plugins but i have also encountered a problem.
First of all, i will post all links to Yanfly plugins i have used and the code of my ability.

I have made the ability in a way similar to Yanfly jump ability, which means that we' ll have three parts:

That being said, my problem is in the tag <Cannot Select: All>.
The Yanfly plugin works great as always so i may have did some mistakes of course, but... when my actor has the Transfer State (the second one above) and he's alone in battle (the other party members ARE dead), i have immediately the game over scene.
It could be possible that the enemy cannot select his target because of the notetag <Cannot Select All>? If so, how could i find
a way in order to have my skill works properly?
Also, i know that in database i could use the functions Eva and Mev but in that way the actor in question could be targeted by
any move that below such statistics... i other words, i want to make so that the skill never hit.
