I recently bought:

RPG Maker: High Fantasy Main Party Pack 1

RPG Maker: High Fantasy Main Party Pack 2

RPG Maker: High Fantasy Resource Pack 1

RPG Maker: High Fantasy Resource Pack 2

RPG Maker: High Fantasy: The Deep

on Steam and I am having trouble installing them.  Oh, and before you ask, yes I have read http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/10111-resource-pack-guides-and-faqs/ and it did help me with some of the items, however the majority of them I can't figure out how to add them into the program.  I might be misunderstanding something in the tutorial above, and if I am, I'm sorry ahead of time, but can someone give me a step by step tutorial on how and where to add the DLCs?

You add them directly into your project, into the Graphics or Audio folders. Just copy and paste the resources. I don't have those packs so can't be sure, but hopefully they're already in subfolders with names identical to those in your game's folders.

For things like tiles, once you put them into the game folders, you also have to add them to your database, by creating a new tileset and choosing the images to fill the slots (in that case - again working on assumption - you would load them into slots with similar names - an image with A1 in its name could only go into the A1 slot of the tileset). For more information on tilesets, check out the engine's help file (F1 from the editor).

Some are, and those ones I have are installed, but the folders like Aelma, Aelwyn, Bruen, Gannit, Tullen, bonus-, spritesheets, backgrounds, overlays, objects, Zlevel...etc I don't know where to put them.

If anyone has these packs, can you tell me how you installed them?

Zlevel is a script. You have to open your scripts in the engine (F11 or use the icon on the toolbar), scroll down to Materials in the list, click the line beneath it (it says "Insert Here" or something like that), hit Insert, put in a name in the box at the bottom (so it's easy to find later if you need it), then copy and paste the script text into the box on the right.

Did you look to see if there are any instructions that came with the pack indicating what files were to go where? Backgrounds sounds like they might go in the Parallax folder, Objects maybe in the Characters folder, Spritesheets - depends on what they are, if they're tiles or images to use in events. Your first list sounds like character names, so they could go into Characters and maybe Faces too. I wish I could grab the pack so I can see exactly what you're looking at, but I have no need for it for my game, and aren't financial enough to spend money right now on stuff I don't need.

The Main Party Packs were organized a bit different. Instead of putting all of the sprite sheets in one folder, all of the battlers in one folder, etc, all items pertaining to each character is located within that character's specific folder. Many people requested it this way because it is a lot easier to organize and keep track of what resources are added to a project. So whatever characters you want to put into your project, just copy and paste the appropriate resources from each character to the appropriate folder (sprite sheets go into Characters, facesets go into Faces, etc etc)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
