High Fantasy - Struggling to map/ect

Hey guys.  Like a lot of people I purchased the HF1 and 2 packs on steam yesterday for the sales, and along with struggles to get the tiles/ect imported and working properly, i've also ran into the issue of not being able to use the tilesets properly.  It seems like any time I try to create a building it just looks "off".  A lot of this has to do with the difference in sprite sizes.

So, there are a couple things im lookin for:

Basic information regarding mapping with the HF sets (How tall should I make a building so it looks proper with the new, taller sprites?  How do I get the roof tiles to look right when I make any house shape other than a square?  Sometimes it seemed to be ruining the auto tile function if it wasn't a square shaped roof.)

And most importantly:  EXAMPLES of High Fantasy maps.  Oh man I really really want to see some.  I've tried googling, I've tried searching the forums here, I've tried looking on youtube, but  I just can't seem to find to many examples of nice looking maps made with the HF tile sets.

On PVGames Homepage there are a lot of sample pictures, including a lot of map pictures...
