Maybe I'm overlooking something incredibly simple, but no matter what I do, the character is able to hit all enemies, all the time.
Character: The Guy
Ex-Parameter [HIT] + 90%
Enemy: Triffid
Ex-Parameter [EVA]: + 90%
The Guy hits EVERY time. At least that was the case for the ten battle tests I did, which all resulted in four or more turns.
The Triffid even has a special ability which inflicts the blind state (Ex-Parameter [HIT] -60%). Even after that, The Guy hits every time.
So recap, The Guy has HIT + 90%, and the Triffid has EVA +90%, and even when blinded, and his HIT should be +30%, The Guy hits every time.
Am I overlooking something? Any input would be appreciated.
