Basically i'm looking for a variant of what Victor Sant did for his accuracy plugin, which set's up an individual formula in a skill's notebox (thus allowing me to tailor the skills)
And then use that formula in lieu of Hit/Eva.
You can still use hit and EVA in the formula, but EVA won't be calculated after, basically the stat exists as a value, but is "dormant"
I tried using it with mev, doing something like If Hit > MEV, but MEV get's applied after the hit as well, thus being applied twice.
I don't know how hard this would be, (hopefully not that hard) but ideally, a MEV version of VE's Hit would be the best. (In terms of compatibility and ease of use)
If not, anything that would allow me to have a differential hit system for magic will do amazingly too.
