Thanks! We can't wait to MAKE more!
This looks fun, and as a bonus Halloween is around the corner. I will have to give this a shot soon!
Awesome! The demo's only about an hour long, so it's not a huge time investment.
This is a very well put together game with lots of love clearly gone into it, if you haven't played it already I seriously recommend it, especially if you're a fan of anything horror. There's tons of neat little references everywhere, I really have to respect the attention to detail.
Thank you, that means a lot. The world we've built is really important to us and we want to share it with others.
I've updated the OP with a NEW section featuring Let's Plays people have done!
This looks awesome! Looking forward to playing the demo when I have time!
The OP has been updated with NEW musics (From the First Boss Battle as well as an Ambient Track from a certain place...) as well as a new Let's Play by Driftwood.
Added 3 more Let's Plays to the OP. Check em out!
We've added a music section to our GameJolt page, as well as a new song NOT on our Youtube channel yet!
Check it out!
I played the demo a few days ago, and so far I like it! Good job and I will check it out when your finished again.
The soundtracks and the graphic.. Awesome.
Thanks! I did all the art myself. The music is by my composer Matthew Rock.
Loving the art style of the drawn characters and I really appreciate the amount of effort you put into that trailer. They often get overlooked and even the wee bit with Nosferatu on the TV at the start was so charming. Keeping an eye on this one for sure, keep it up!
Well put together presentation and regular updates. Good job!
HorrorVale was featured on NITRO RAD.
Check out the OP!
Updated the OP with a BRAND NEW TRAILER! Check it out!
HorrorVale - Act 1 has DROPPED. This feature length demo build contains the entire first Act of the game, more than double the previous demo!
Ooohhh, excellent! Started playing the first demo and didn't get much of the way through (no fault of yours or the game, I just lapse on games sometimes) and really enjoyed the sense of humour it has! Will I need to start a new game from scratch or should my old save be compatible with this build?
I would definitely recommend starting fresh, using an older save can cause game breaking bugs.
