Depends what are your expectations from the site.
Anyway, I am not sure it is a good idea. The performance on the browser is no better than on pc and you only gain complications from using a browser, which can mean increased lag due to on site ads, slow loading times, because you're limited by the internet connection and on site traffic... And the fact that once you clear your history, save files disappear.

See this is awesome. These are all aspects that I have little to no knowledge of. I appreciate the information. I am learning more and more each day. So prioritize on downloadable files?

Prioritize what you want, depending what platform you want to export the game on. I would go for PC, because there are the least troubles with it, you pack it and are ready to go.
If you compare it to other platforms, then html5 has browser limitations, android has huge compatibility issues regarding device compatibility and 3rd party plugins, iOS doesn't allow you to encrypt game files, which is an absolute must for employing DLC, and then there are PC and Mac. I'm not too knowledgeable about Mac, so cannot say anything about that. But PC is always a safe bet.

Thank you very much for that. I shall seek out going through PC.

Have you tries using Itch.io? It's perfect for indie games!
I wouldn't recommend hosting big games online, due to loading times, but people are a lot more willing to play a small demo in a browser than downloading them.

(Speaking of loading times, I recommend you to put a pre-loader plugin in your project. MV has the nasty habit of trying to do things before everything is properly loaded, resulting in annoying errors if you start without a title screen/immediately pop images.)

If you input a preloader plugin though, don't preload everything at once.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
