Hello there, I'm making a game where you play as 3 different characters depending on a choice, and I wanted to give them each a different feel and look.

I have a plugin to change the window skins, and I got one that changed the system sounds with plugin commands on the Steam Workshop (it's not a great place to get plugins as far as I've looked), but it just instantly crashes the game, no matter how I configure it.
I was wondering if there was a way to change them with script calls or just some other plugin that does the same thing or something similar.

Thanks in advance!

This would change the cursor sound...
JavaScript:
$dataSystem.sounds[0] = {"name":"Blow1","pan":0,"pitch":100,"volume":90};
SoundManager.loadSystemSound(0);
Change the 0 to 0 through 23 to change which sound gets changed refer to the system tab in the database for reference...

However this won't be saved to the System Data file. So a plugin or in-game code would need to be called anytime the player uses a save file.

Hope that makes sense.
I'm sure I could code a plugin for this to make it easier if you'd like.

it just instantly crashes the game, no matter how I configure it.
What's the error message?
Press F12 and send a screenshot of the error

Thanks for the offer, but I think I can manage with the script call for now.

I'm guessing some kind of incompatibility, but it used to crash even way before I added a bazillion plugins onto my project
Anyways, I'll give the script a try and tell you how it goes.
Thanks for the help

@MrPepeLover44 I believe MushroomCake28 made a plugin
to change that and is being saved, I dont know the exact plugin name
or the exact author if MushroomCake28 didn't made it.

I can search when I got time if you need it.
this can also be places in option if you like the player to change
the sounds.

or if you found it, set a link to it, because it's a usefull one in some
or most games that rely on it.

EDIT:
here is the link [MUSH: Sound Manager Module] that is for MV, there is also
for MZ if you use that one.

it change change every sound except for the title scene.

Another thumb update. The nail is beginning to break away, along with the aforementioned hard and blackened dead skin. The final join has regained some of its flexibility, tho it's a bit stiff after being held still for so long. The very tip of my thumb has a strange dry and somewhat tingly feeling to it when I touch it to something, but at least it isn't numb. I am so ready for this to be over. :o

So here's the full cycles, I'm not so familiar with actually animating and giving motion so any observation on that matter would be really helpful! :kaoswt:

I want to create a OneShot style inventory. Without having the weapons and armor sections. Just the items. How can I do this?
