The title pretty much says It, I can't for the life of me find a working way to turn my game into an app. I've read all the tutorial available online and there's always a barrier, some section i can't find or a missing file to download, they are all very complex proceedings and none of they worked for me!

Does anyone know how can I do it in an efficient way?

Thanks in advance.

Since you've found tutorials for it, then that's how people do it. If there's a part of the tutorial you can't follow, you should provide a link to the tutorial you're using and tell us which step you're having trouble with.

Without any of that information, anyone's answers are going to just be "follow the tutorials" :stickytongue:

ATT_Turan kinda hit the nail on the head.

I won't try to re-tutorial this, but I use Apache Cordova, which has about a bazillion tutorials already.

I've looked at lots of tutorials but I can't follow the steps... There's always an option missing. Here's one:

I've been sitting with this for hours but I get lost right at the beginning in step 4 when they say "
Under FileProject Structure…, select SDK Location. Click Gradle Setting and select Download JDK… from the Gradle JDK menu."

The problem is... In "Project Structure" there is no "SDK Location", "Gradle Setting" or "Download JDK".

Further down there are some more things that I can't follow, like the text saying I should go to "Generate Signed Bundle" but this option is not available for me when I open the project they say I should download.

At the end of the day I think what would really help me is a guide step by step of how to configure your game on Android Studio from scratch. If anyone has that, it would help wonders.

(Also after looking at several tutorials I've finally managed to create an .aab file with Cordova, but Google Play wouldn't take it cause its over 150 mb, it was approximately 550 mb and I just don't know how to get that number down, I hope creating the app in android studio will do the trick)

Thank you in advance.

Even in the tutorial you linked to, the location of those settings in the software had recently changed. Did you try looking in the help file or Googling to see where the settings are in the current version?

Creating the app file in a different piece of software will not be able to eliminate 400 MB out of your project. Googling "Google Play store size limit" came up with this instructional page:

Updated my game's development post with the first video of it in action!

'Milestone Get!' :p
Heh, heh. I've been experimenting with a naughty word detector Common Event and using scripts to check certain strings. I never thought I would see such language in computer code. I would post a screen shot, but it probably wouldn't be appropriate, even with a Spoiler. But it certainly makes me laugh and it works great.
Yknow what? Im seriously considering recruiting a manager to oversee my games development.
Because I cannot focus or complete these tasks by myself. I need someone to give me orders, without having them be my boss.
