Idk if anyone want or have thought of this but I really need it for my battle system.
didn't want it to overcomplicate much just a state that can affect only the specified actors enemies aren't included.your description is incomplete.
please state what exactly you want some actor to be able and others not to be able
is that state on enemies or actors? what does "affect" mean?
if only one actor should be able to remove it, then give only that actor the skills that can remove it for example

You can apply these traits directly to actors/classes and enemies, or indirectly via equipment/states.
- The State Rate trait affects the chance of a state being applied to the bearer. (0% = no chance.)
- The State Resist trait makes it impossible for the bearer to have that state.
