How can I make an NPC move with the animation?

This is the video of said NPC. I want the toilet paper to unroll while still and then move when it rolls back up. Or at the very least I just want this to look good. How can I do this?

that depends on what frames the sprite has and how it is organised.
you would get much better answers if you posted the sprites instead of a useless video.

That said, there are limits of what can be done with 3- and 4-frame animations, you might need to get more sprite frames and a plugin to handle them.

This is the spritesheet. Sorry for the late response. The reason it looks like this is so it works with the multiframe plugin.

sorry, in this case that completely depends on how the multiframe plugin works and it cannot be done by default methods.
