How Can I make my own Custom menu window?

Hello there!


I've been wondering if there is a plugin or a way to make my own custom Title screen? Something different than the default tittle screen of 


RPG MAKER MV?


I would like the Tittle screen to have different locations for the words/ a logo displayed on it/no box around the words


I've tried looking for it but I couldn't find anything..  Help please!

You also need to specify what exactly you want to change, because every change needs to be programmed with javascript
