Best chance is probably to search for a different script that only animates actor battlers, not enemy battlers.

Removing only part of the functionality of a script is difficult and requires not only programming knowledge, but also a lot of familiarity with said script.

Most probably Victor himself is the only person who could do that, perhaps you can ask/pay him for such a change.

If you're still want to see if someone else can do that, please link to the script - NO one can do that without seeing the script.

Is Victor still active on internet? If so, Can I tell Victor how to remove "Enemy Animated Battlers" from my "VE - Animated Battlers" script?

I haven't heard from Victor for a while, and last time I followed up with someone having trouble with his scripts, they weren't actually available. Do you have a link for the one you're using?

http://victorscripts.wordpress.com/rpg-maker-vx-ace/battle-scripts/animated-battle/

I also had Basic Modules from Victor Engine that is required to use this script.

Besides, I don't need enemy animated battlers sprites and i don't want to make enemy animated battlers sprites, It's hard for me.

You could make the sprites, where each cell is exactly the same image, in exactly the same position. The script would animate it behind the scenes, but to the player it'd look like they weren't moving at all.

Inefficient, but definitely do-able.

The image of sprites, where each cell is exactly the same image, in exactly the same position. will take more file size and take much time to make for me. Are you sure?

Yes, it will take up more space and take time for you to create. That's why I said inefficient. You may need to fall back to it though if you can't find someone to modify the script.

But I don't want to take up more space. I just don't need enemy animated battlers.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
