how can i show emotion balloon in rmxp?? pls help

i know there is 'show emotion ballon' in rm vx ace or mv

but i cant find that button in rmxp

i just wanna show exclamation mark or question mark above sprite in cutscene.

is there any useful way ???

You could use Show Picture, but it won't be animated. Use Control Variables to get the player's or event's X and Y positions, then use them in a Show Picture command, and erase the picture when it's done.

There's animations you can use. There are a couple examples in a new project (ID 97 and 98).
I also want to say there is a script as well.
