Hello, I need help wtih this. So I want to delete the black background rectangle from de commands menu, I only want to stay the text. Like the command "Item", just want the text, not the black rectangle, to make a custom menu with a custom background.
So, how can I delete that?
I was looking for some Java Script code. But I found nothing.
Thanks.1660152795324.png

is this default or from a plugin? if from a plugin, which one as changing
that would be relative easy, if from visustella, than it would be harder
as their code is obfuscated.

Do you want to remove the black background from all menu screens, or just the in-game main menu?

If it's all menu screens, copy the following into a new plugin:
Code:
Window_Selectable.prototype.drawItemBackground = function(index) {
};

The original function in rmmz_windows.js draws the background, so making the function empty as above makes it do nothing.

If you want to remove the background only in the in-game main menu, then instead of Window_Selectable in the code above it would be Window_MenuCommand.
