How Deployment works with saved games needs an explanation please

I think it would be advantageous if someone out there knows how the maker saves games differently
according to the deployment style? If you publish from the steam version of RMMV will it matter at all after
a deployment is made since your clients may or may not even have steam? How do the web saves work in each
browswer verses playtesting or windows deployment?

This kind of explanation would help tremendously.
Also why is it XBOX controllers only work AFTER compilation to web?

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
