In my country it is easier. You file a name changing request and if you choose a name that isn't on the forbidden names list, if you are Cyech and if you aren't in conflict with the law, they will accept.

@Poryg legalzoom.com has some good deals. I've got an awesome name in a paper folder they mailed me, but I'm still to shy to show up at the super foods to get it notarized, because the name is.... pretty cool.
