How do I check if player has items, then remove it?

Hello. I'm currently trying to make it so an event can check if a player has two specific needed items, before the event will execute the rest of the commands. So what I'm asking for is how it would be possible to make such a command/event.

1) control variable : Game Data : item in inventory


this will load the number of the item in inventory into the variable


2) conditional branch : variable >= 2


If the variable is two or higher, then you have enough items


3) change items

I think they mean two different items, but the process is pretty much the same thing. You'll have to use two separate variables, one for each item, and then see if they're burg greater than or equal to 1.
