I'm new to this community but this is something I enjoy doing so I'm trying to step it up and get more serious about it.
I own rpg maker for the PSX so I'm used to that style, I've tried using the other versions for the computer and I can't quite figure out how to do a simple multiple outcome event like I would in the PSX version. I know its possible, but the tutorials I see try to make it too advanced, I'm going for something really basic, I can add more flare to it on my own after I get the basic mechanics down. This is how I had it set up on RPG Maker
highlight "fishing rod" in inventory and use it on a body of water to start event
2 way choice
-50% you get a bite
-50% nothing
if you get a bite
3 way choice
-60% small fish
-35% medium Fish
-5% Large fish
and each of those branched off to another string of 3 way choices equaling 9 possible outcomes.
Like I said, super basic, I just cant get it for some reason. Sorry for the noob question but if anyone could at least tell me how to set up that basic 3 way situation that would help a lot.
