How do I display a lot of text on the screen, maybe multiple screens of text? I keep running out of room...

...with the "Show Text" Event Command. Any advice?

So I'm thinking I'd like to make a picture file of text on the screen and display it with "Show Picture" but where do I put the picture file so MV can find it?
EDIT: Ok I figured out where to put a picture in the folder. Is there a way to make it go away when the user clicks? And then display a different picture? I found the "Wait" Command, but I'd like the user to be able to choose when the picture goes away, and displays the next.

the same type of command will be in the same row
there are erase picture
and actually if you just show another picture at the same id it will change
and for multi text window you need plugin
there are plenty of it
try searching

@jaketodd I think you should first start checking the event commands, because a plugin would be a second class choice here. there are event commands to do what you want.

1) for larger texts, the command of choice is "show scrolling text"
2) the easiest way to have pictures wait on the player is a sequence of show picture, show text and erase picture. only that you on show text, you don't put any text and set the window to invisible. that way nothing will be displayed but the engine will still wait on the player to confirm the non-existant text.

Yanfly's Message Core plugin has a feature that allows you to set the Message Rows to go beyond 4 lines, so, you could have 12 lines of dialogue in a message box on screen if you wanted to! Also, by supporting Yanfly, you get access to all of their other useful plugins!

Did this yesterday on my game. with plugin mentioned above (yanfly message core) I used plugin command "message rows 20" and got a complete text screen. Also possibility to adjust pr pixel where you want every text line.
