How do I do credits?

So, I know about scrolling text and what not, but I don't know who I am to credit for the RPG Maker VX ACE software itself and what not.

Enterbrain only.  Degica is a separate company which publishes many things, but not the engine itself.

Give proper credits for any resource you are using, i.e. scripts, images, audio... etc.

Got it but wat if I bought them at the rpg page

If you bought them, they will contain a readme file telling you how to credit the use of that pack.  Yes, you do credit it, even if it's a bought resource.
