How do i download properly Chrono Engine

Hi everyone i just discovered the Chrono engine (here https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com/rmv-chrono-engine/) and i downloaded the file needed but it's a hell of a mess(i have downloaded the chrono engine file and the master MV https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com/download-page-mv-01/).
So i just have to put the right plugin on my plugins files or it's more complicated than that, i don't wan't to mess thing up x)

To learn how chrono engine works unzip it to where your games are and open it in the editor. It looks for events on a tool map and very specific graphics as well, it's not plug and play.
