How Do I Implement Class-Exclusive Weapons (Not Weapon Types)?

For example, let's say we have the "hero" class and the "swordmaster class" for my game; the hero can use every type of weapon present in the game but can't use every weapon from that type whereas the swordmaster can only use swords but can use every weapon under the sword category. Maybe the Hero can wield from a bronze sword up to a silver sword while the Swordmaster can wield those swords and more like a Claymore and Flamberge.

I've always dreaded planning for my games so I just didn't plan at all. That... didn't work out after all. :kaosigh:
