RMMV How do I make a fourth of a globe of light facing north? (currently using Terrax/Community Lighting)

I have a situation where I'd really like to be able to have the Terrax/CL half-globe be only a fourth instead of a half. But there doesn't seem to be any way to achieve that with the plugin itself. How would I go about that? I've got an event with a note of

so I'd like it to be facing up from a south wall but just. Be a fourth instead of a half globe. I was thinking maybe if I could figure out how to get tiles to go above the lighting? I don't know at this point. I've uploaded some images to help with understanding what's going on. The first one is what's happening. The second one is what I've like it to look like. How do get it to look like the second image?

I can't say specifically, but have you considered looking into Community Lighting? It's effectively a fork of Terrax lighting and is still being supported to this day (unlike Terrax)

I am looking into that now. I can't seem to get Community Lighting to work at all. Not sure yet what I'm doing wrong... The plugin is on. I copy and pasted in some of the example notes just to test it, but it will not work with the "<cl: >" notation at all. Do I have to set it to that manually? It says that "cl" is the default though... not using the <cl: > just makes it use Terrax. How do I get them both to coexist?

Update: I got it to work without Terrax, but the moment I re-enable Terrax it just stops working with <cl: >. Seems like it just breaks if you use it on a map that also uses Terrax. Go figure.

Edit 2: Alright well... Terrax compatibility issues aside, how do I do what I wanted to accomplish in the first place with Community Lighting? I finally figured out how to get the settings I had before with CL. Now I just need to figure out how to get a fourth-globe...
