How do i make an object interactable only with enough gold

i wanna make a shop system where each object you have to interact with to buy, but how do i make it so you can only interact if you have enough money. is there a way. also i'm new to the fourms here hi.

You'll have to put a conditional branch in the interaction event itself, set to run if gold >= a certain amount. Then put the code for the interaction inside the branch.

Though...for the sake of not confusing your players, I'd consider putting something even if they don't have enough gold too, at least a comment about how much it is and that they cannot afford it. Players like consistency, so if they see that they cannot interact with it the first time, they are unlikely to ever interact with it again, even once they do get enough money.

Thanks a lot my dude, I added a little text before to let the player know how much they need to buy to not confuse players.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
