So, I'm pretty new to this RPG Maker scene but am enjoying creating a world and characters but I'm having trouble making conditional events.

Specifically, the event I want to create is something like this:

-> Move to B

-> (Text is shown) cannot pass B without activating A

-> Activate A

-> B is now passable

-> Entire Event NEVER repeats once B is passable

-> Once (key item) is acquired and used at A, A = new, differently scripted, event C

I've looked around but couldn't find any tutorials specific or including this type of progress. Any help would be awesome!

(Also, if someone can explain how to make enemies a one time event, as well, that would be awesome! :D)

I've moved this thread to MV Support. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

Tutorials is for tuorials where you explain something to others, not for asking questions - that's why it needs extra approval.

What you need to use is switches and conditions (not conditional branches) on your events, and you need to observe page priority when using them.

I suggest you follow the link to the starting point in my signature, it will guide you to the basic tutorials (including eventing tutorials and how to use switches and variables)

A side story is almost getting into the next stage. Almost everything in this game has real-life references.

Writes that the characters have to climb a mountain.

Realized that I have to draw six sets of models where characters are climbing.

At least I know how to draw something. :)
I'm currently scratching my head on how to design plains. What do I even put in plains? Some trees (but not too many or it turns into a forest)? Grass? A few bushes? That's a bit dull.
I'm looking for tutorials but Google didn't seem to find much (or maybe I have the wrong keywords). I don't know how to map plains and I don't know how to learn.
