at the same position like any other sprite.

The EDITOR limits the sprite-size, because you need to be able to click on the grid to the left and right and above to work on those parts of the map.

But the engine in the gameplay will use the full size of the sprite.

Additionally, please learn how to use the printscreen button for your screenshots - using a camera is more work for less quality and often skips part of the events.

Oh okay thanks! What do you mean by the engine in the game will use the full size of the sprite? Is there a way to  bring out NPC's that are larger like the image shown above? o_O by any chance? if so how can i do that??

As long as it is in the correct format, Ace can show very large sprites correctly in-game.  However, when you look at it in the Editor, it can appear to be only part of the sprite.  Don't be put off by that.  After all, it's what's in-game that is important.

Also, the sprite you're using doesn't seem to be named correctly. Normally, each character sheet consists of 12 frames across and 8 frames down, grouped in blocks of 3x4 frames - look at the actor character sheets for an example. To tell the engine that the spritesheet only consists of one such 3x4 block, the file name needs to start with a dollar sign ($). The image itself can have any size you want. The engine just takes the entire image and divides it into frames of equal size - 3x4 frames for spritesheets that start with $, 12x8 for all others. Look at this topic for more information:

Hmm okay I suppose I need to first understand a proper format first or else it wont work properly >-<!

Oh okay hmm I'll take a look at that Sprite Sheet Formats and see if I can understand it a bit better how to deal with the sprite sheet.  What I thought was that as long the Sprite Characters are 384x256 Pixels then It will work for the Sprite  Graphics for NPC. I use Photoshop to check the size and that's what I thought of it o_O so 3x4 is it talking about the block like per box ?

For Example: Default New Map

17x 13 = 13 Blocks Height and 17 Blocks Length

so 3x4 = 4 Blocks Height and 3 Blocks Length?

@Mr Panda-Kun please do not quote entire topics to answer - and if you do, make sure you write at the correct place and not inside the quote.

That is one reason why it is better to use the @username convention like I did here.

and yes, there are no fixed pixel sizes in any sprite - it is the structure (the number of cells) that is important for sprites, and they need to be either 3x4 (single sprite, requires $ in the filename) or 12x8 (eight sprites in 4x2, requires not to have a $ in the filename)
