How do I make that when someone plays my game they don't have to download RTP?

When you compress the game, you click the check box to include RTP.
Or you copy all the files used from the RTP over to your project.

That's the easiest and best way when your game is made with default assets.

If they aren't needed, the RTP-dependancy can just be removed by clearing its value inside "Game.ini". That's what this option does too while everything what's inside RTP is added to GameDisk-file (which means in Ace, it becomes ~200MB larger than without).
