I want to move an event from one location to another when the player interacts with it. I have the event setup correctly, but the image doesn't move to the location I set it to. Image for info. (I want the image of the actor to move to the empty circle)

When saying something doesn't work, please also describe what actually does happen.

Are you saying that you see the "test" message come up, but the event doesn't move? Or that you walk up to the event, activate it, and nothing happens at all?

Is there another event on that destination tile?

than you need to set the move route of that said event.

moveRoute (this.event) (wait, skip)
turn up,
move up
turn right
move right
move right
move right
turn down

text: whatever you want to tell or direction it should show, which you clearly
not have set anywhere.

if you want that event also teleport to another map, you need to remove that
event and set it in the other map to continue walking or whatever you are
trying to do.

its a bit unclear though, so be specific and explain the details what you
try to achieve so we dont have to guess.

If you want the teacher to move to another location and not have it look janky af, program a move route and have him walk there. It's not even a huge distance. You can also fade out the screen and move things around if multiple events need to be put into place.

It runs fine, but when the image is supposed to move it stays at the starting position. I got it fixed now though, thanks for all the help

Just watched Godzilla Minus One.
