How do I open SAKAN Tileset Builder?

I bought it today, but I can't figure out how to open it through MV.

Go to Tools in the top bar, then RPG Maker MV Tools. If you installed it, I believe it should be there.

Thanks! Follow-up question, how do I install it? Steam has never been very intuitive for me.

If you bought it on Steam, it should install automatically. If not, go to your Downloads and click the appropriate button to get it downloaded.

I bought it on Steam, but it apparently didn't download. I found the Downloads page, but I don't see SAKAN mentioned anywhere and I'm not sure how to add it.

under MV tools you have the option to add found tools, and there you also have the option to select a path if it is not automatically found - just redirect that path to where SAKAN has been downloaded

I'm not sure where it downloaded to. At this point, I'm not sure it downloaded at all, except that Steam says it was "Added Today." I searched on "sakan," but it's apparently not in my C: drive or D: drive.

I had a hard time finding it, too. But it should have downloaded here:
Steam\SteamApps\common\RPG Maker MV\tool\SAKAN
