How do I pursue an educational purchase?

Our school intends to maintain RPG Maker VX/Ace as a continuing part of our STEM program. 


We would need to be able to use it without Steam installed. Obviously the Humble Bundle makes that option attractive, but it would be crazy tryng to keep everyone off Steam in the lab. =]


I checked www.rpgmakerweb.com and couldn't see how to check educational pricing.  Since the Steam sale runs out Monday, I was wondering if I can get an idea what educational prices would be for 20 seats.

You would eithr have to send a sale support ticket from the main site or ask Lunarea - and since it's time-critical, your best bet is probably a PM to lunarea hoping that she gets online until then. But best chances are doing both and hoping that the sale support looks at it monday before the humble sale is off.
