I bought a few animation packs from the store a few days ago. Order and payment was confirmed, but I can't download it. Didn't get an email or anything. I also sent a few emails to support, but no response, so I'm asking here. Below is a screenshot of my purchase. Thanks.

Hello!

Likewise, I didn't get any info on how to redeem from STEAM even though I sent a few emails to support!

@liberusanima I would try and contact support again. If you then don't get a reply in three business days, you can send @Touchfuzzy a PM.

@Eugene84 Please don't hijack someone else's thread. If you bought it on Steam, it gets downloaded automatically into the DLC folder.

Ok thank you very much for the reply. I bought RPGMAKER on the official store site here as a standalone but they said a STEAM key would also be included. (The downloadable exe file I received is in French and I would prefer English in order to follow the in-game tutorial which changes from French to English and of which can be quite confusing!)

The steam-key is the same key you used to activate your standalone.

Okay, Animal Crossing is remarkably addictive and exceptionally calming. I've been playing it pretty exclusively... like... 6 hours a day. Been a while since I've been this engrossed.
