How do I remove unwanted parameters from the status window and equip screen?

I would like to remove Def, Matk, Mdef and luk from showing up at all in any menus.  I have seen other people do it, how do I do it?

I have been looking for help on this topic for a while now.  I use Yanflys status menu core script if that matters.
