How do i set up Yanflys combo attack plugin?

Im trying to set up Yanflys combo attack plugin but having trouble with two issues.

1. In the edited skill(s) there is a key <Custom Cost Display> that is not in the cut&paste area and the video is too blurry to make out what the codes are.
   
2. In the new state i think i have it set but i do not see a hovering icon above harold's head to show the number of combo stacks, as the demo video shows. Do only certain classes show this?
