How do you scale the [SV] Overlay Sprites?

To be clear I'm talking about resizing the default overlay options such as "poison, blind, silence, ect."

The reason why I'm interested in scaling these up is because these overlays preserve the Z layering on actors, where as using spell animations are always played on top of everything. (And I'm using larger SV sprites than the default ones).

Scaling up the "States.png" file doesn't result in larger overlay animations, and if it does I don't know where the change in code needs to be made to accept larger file dimensions.

I figure these effects can be scaled up since on larger enemy SV sprites are displayed larger, but I haven't found any info on able to control the size of these animated overlays manually.

I'm rewatching Glee, just watched grilled cheesus.
Now I'm not sure if I'm hungry or I want to cry.
I just completed Ara Fell - completing the game unlocks an Epilogue. An interesting thing to possibly consider for my games.
I decided to try to make a mucha-styled artwork, and by now I've sunk more time in studies and sketches than I usually do in the whole thing. Fingers crossed it's worth it!
