How I can downgrade to 1.51 again?

Now after deleting I had to redownload it but it's the 1.6 version and I need 1.5.1 for my projects... I don't have steam is there another way to do that?

Try uninstall current and install older version.

You could also make a Backup Copy and try updating the Projects JS Folders and maybe the Plugins.
