My stubbornness tells me "fine" and my reality tells me "mostly fine." I have a few small oddities, probably like most people. If I listed them off I'm sure I'd sound like the most battered up person, but I really am OK (or stubborn). I think the main hindrance I have is vestibular migraine. It can be pretty debilitating at times but fortunately I typically only get a few a month.

It's mostly alright, I've got decent endurance and a healthy muscle tone and can spend a day of backbacking from dawn to dusk no problem. I need to work on cardio though, I just have a hard time motivating myself to exercise there; hell it's more than that I hate cardio workouts. Also could probably stand to eat better but I only drink water and eat a lot of okra and peas (only legitimate vegetables I can stomach) so I could definitely be eating worse as well. As far as chronic illnesses I have tinnitus and mild hearing problems, but those are all my fault. To many trips to the shooting range without ear protection as a teenager.

Are you in the range of 20s or 30s and feel tired, lack energy and depression? If so, you're properly infected with parasites, viruses or bacterias. I once got infected with viruses and bacterias, they were difficult to get rid but it is possible. For the past 4-5 years, I had never felt a living being until I got rid of these creatures living inside me.

@Mister.Right You can't get rid of bacteria living inside of you, your body relies on bacteria to function properly. Parasites are a different matter entirely, though.

@Isabella Ava I'm doing much better now. Still clawing my way out of a very deep, dark, place (depression and more severe psychotic symptoms) but I'm far better than I was at the start of this year. One step at a time, I guess.

I'm generally in great health, but the whole factory is starting to come unglued due to too little sleep. Need to try and up it to at least 6 hours a night.

I just wish I didn't need it at all.

@The Stranger I'm talking about bad bacterias, you can reduce their population to minimal. I have successfully done that. If you're not healthy you are either infected with viruses, parasites or bacteria overgrowth.

Watch this documentary will terrify you. These creatures hatch millions offspring per hour. Find this on youtube.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to assume someone is hosting a parasite on only the basis of "tired." Anything's possible, but that wouldn't be my first guess. I would recommend OP see a doctor if they're always feeling that run down, because most of us probably aren't one and can't make that call.

How is my health?
Excellent fortunately, I mostly eat healthy stuff now and I have a good weight (154lbs x 6 feet 2 tall).
The only small problem I had in the past was irritable bowel syndrome (caused by junk food) but it's been years now that it's completely gone.

@Mister.Right I agree with @Ms Littlefish about lack of energy not being solely caused by parasites, and about seeing a doctor if it's pretty bad. There are millions of parasites which can make your body a home, and not all of them make you fatigued. Lack of energy can also be psychological (stress, depression, anxiety, etc) it can also be a symptom of countless other problems: illness, not enough sleep, poor diet, lack of movement, lack of light, weight problems (being underweight or over weight), it can also be genetic. There's probably a tonne of other things which can cause fatigue and tiredness, too.

I now have the same thing @Dalph had, and trying to do something about it by changing life style. Other small health issues but I'll survive a few more years XD
And right now, a huge headache I got from bad energy.

I'm generally in great health and I keep fit. Intense exercises twice a week, and now I've also started learning dancing, which I practice every day and that keeps me energetic. I eat well, sleep well, no injuries. My only big ongoing health issue is my anxiety/depression, which I've had for just over 10 years now, but I've come a very long way from how I was when it first started. It still affects me in certain situations, but otherwise, I can function and get on with my life as any healthy person would. I used to have IBS in the past as well, but that was a result of my anxiety back in the day, and nowadays I try to lay off any food which might cause it again (such as very spicy stuff).

@The Stranger if you find yourself tiredness, lack of energy for temporary a day or two then recover the next day is normal. I don't consider that is the symptom of infection. Though, if you find yourself constantly tired, depress, lack of energy, fatigue...etc unexplainable, the chance you are infected is high. Relying on doctors is not always a solution. I'm not saying you should not visit the doctor when getting sick. At least, you should do some research on your own symptoms before visiting the doctor and find out what the doctor has to say match your findings. Believe it or not I have cured my sickness from my own research, with trial and error after spent thousands of dollars visiting doctors with no results.

My nature is lazy (I sleep a lot), but I'd say health is pretty good. Never had any serious trouble with it, and always healed above average when required :)
