if it converts the RGSS3 scripts, then I think it will work fine with most custom scripts... unless the scripts are using custom libraries (like dll files) that might not be supported by the target platform...

Let's keep on topic please. This thread is about the size of the commercial fan base, not how an exporter for other platforms might or might not work.

the potential is good if you think about it good "old fashioned rpg's" are all but gone come to think of it the last two I played were blue dragon and lost odyssy but I never stopped wanting them and there have been several discussions on various web sites and game mags asking where have they gone. the advantage comes from big developers mistaking games with rpg elements for actual rpg's. and speaking of android "making a point not trying to get off the topic" theres a developer called kemco who makes classic j rpgs and there very popular I've bought a few myself. Truth is classic rpg's are like classic 2d fighters people will always appreciate one when it comes along. forgot to make my point about the kemco games which is they sell very well.

Have to take into account the new market for upcoming consoles, and the season of releasing your games as well. It sounds kinda stupid since this is obviously a PC only release atm, but many will flock back and forth or from one thing to another for a good amount of time when new consoles arrive and you could end up missing your mark. But for the broader scope of things, I think the fan base is there, it's really just up to a few things. 1) How active you are in the community 2) How good of a game you actually produce and 3) How well you advertise your game.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
