How many Shiny Pokemon Have You Found?

I was wondering. How many other people have encountered a rare "Shiny" Pokemon or got one from an egg.
I have got 7 so far in Sun and Moon I will display them here.
They are:


Shiny: Zorua
Info: I got this mon after Masada breeding 710 eggs
with the shiny charm.

Shiny: Rufflet
Info: I got this one in 674 SOS encounters.


Shiny: Yungoose
Info: This one has a funny story! I was looking for all 100 Zygarde cells
and cubes then I found this thing in the grass near the first route of the game.



Shiny: Pachirisu
Info: I got this cutie after only 307 eggs.
I was doing the same method as my Zorua.

Shiny Pansage
Info: I got this one because I had 10
random eggs in my box. When I hatched them I got
this little dude!


Shiny: Minior
Info: I got this one while I was searching for all
the different colors of Minior.


Shiny: Trapinch
Info: I got this one only from 45 SOS encounters!


Shiny: Meowth
Info: I had to chain about 450 SOS encounters for this one!

I have pretty good luck, one shiny per game. Shiny Cubone in gold/silver called him Boner. White was Roggenrola/ Boldore called crystal. Don't remember which I one I got from pearl, need to open my game back up.

I once came across and caught shiny caterpie while playing pokemon X, that's about it.

If we count from Nintendo events, trades, and the old occasional trade/GTS giveaways on Miiverse, about 6+ boxes (180+) of shinies. If just ones we ourselves caught only, about 5.

Not counting the red Gyarados and the various shiny events, I have caught 3 shinies: Machop (Diamond), Mareep (X) and Fomantis (Moon).

I also once encountered 2 shiny Geodudes in a horde battle, but failed to capture either of them.

I have only ever found two shiny Pokemon. The first was a shiny Sentret in LeafGreen in the Sevii Islands. I was super excited and then I accidentally knocked it out—was not impressed. I also caught a shiny Trubbish outside the Recycling Plant in Pokemon Moon.

I only ever found 2 shiny pokémon. I don't remember the second one anymore... But the first one was a mandatory Gyarados in GSC.

You're very lucky. I played three games and caught one. Shiny Graveler. Very glad I had Darkrai in the lead. If I hadn't put Graveler to sleep, he might have used Explosion. Imagine watching my only shiny explode...

I haven't played in a long time, but I've caught a few. I've had a shiny Cleffa, Tentacool, Sentret, Magby and Psyduck, of which Cleffa and Magby are the only two Pokemon from eggs, the others were all random encounters.

The last time I played pokemon was SoulSilver iirc. Found one shiny which couldn't even be caught because it was a trainer pokemon. Also one shiny in emerald, but can't remember which pokemon it was.

But before i play pokemon fire red, i fiund 20++
With 50hours game play.

My first shiny was a tentacool in Emerald. Then, years passed and my next shiny pokemon were a graveler in a rock in a random ORAS island, a Magcargo in ORAS too, and a shin linoone leveling up the evs of my pokemon.

My first shiny Pokémon was a Ralts back in Pokémon Ruby and ever since then I've been somewhat lucky (well, maybe more persistent than lucky) when it came to encountering shiny Pokémon on my adventures. As of now I have about three boxes worth of shinies. Mostly legendaries and breeded Pokémon. I think I have four shiny Eevees that I still need to evolve to complete my shiny Eeveelution collection. Yeah, I know, I'm mad.

I have gotten a shiny Gurdurr (now Conkeldurr) (XY) a shiny Pelipier (SM) shiny Meranie (trade) shiny Shuppet (ORAS) shiny Gulpin (ORAS) a shiny Rayquaza (GTS, probably hacked) and shiny Palkia (Event, Black 2) a shiny Bagon (BW2) a shiny Garaydos (HGSS) a shiny Haxorus (BW2) and a shiny Talonflame. (trade, probably hacked) I'm sure I have more but I would have to check my games, including games I don't own anymore.

Only two, in Pokemon Silver: a shiny Tentacruel and a Mareep.
I... I used the Master Ball on Tentacruel because for some reason I thought all shiny pokemons could randomly flee at any moment.
No regrets.

The obligatory Red Gyarados in GBC Gold.
There was also the time I got to fight shiny Ho-oh, but my Feraligatr crit'd and killed him. I reloaded the save, wound up catching the normal one.
