How may I contact makapri?

Greetings, people! I've been lurking on makapri's resources and she has some wonderful graphics I'd like to use, but it seems that if I want to use them, I need to contact her even thought it's free to use them in commercial or non commercial games (according to what I read, again). But now I have a different struggle: contacting her. I barely know the basics of Japanese and I can't find the way to send her a message, could you guys help me out?

Well... I kind of need to know it for my game and it's going to be commercial so I thought of this forum, but I'm sorry a_a.
